Is it possible to broadcast content from a third-party service to any CMS, in particular to "WordPress"?

I wanted to know if it is possible to broadcast content from a third-party service to some CMS, in particular to "WordPress", or you still have to upload files (in my case, pictures) to the admin panel, while using the precious memory of the hosting account, which is all there 5gb?
The image is an example of how I translate images from the photo hosting "Flickr" into simple HTML markup. Is it possible to do something similar in "WordPress"?
PS I hope I explained the essence of my question more or less clearly. Thank you all in advance for your replies.

WordPress allows you to insert images from external URLs by default:
There are also plugins for specific platforms. In the case of Flickr, there are tons of options .
