Is it possible to bring the restored css file back to normal?

There was a css style file. I accidentally overwrote it with an empty file. Then I restored Piriform Recava (2 pcs). The result was a file with abracadabra inside. Can it be brought back to normal? Or tell me what format it is in? How to fix?157d18cb97a64ccf92c142a3f093c4ff.png10bb978ae27e41ee8acd5a716fbbd819.png

Thanks to everyone for the answers, I didn’t succeed with the cache (although it may be a great option and it works), I tortured the files to no avail. It helped out that: I went to yandex.ru, entered the name of the site (actually, the css styles of which were lost) and in the first search result in the title clicked the down arrow, selected "Saved copy" from the drop-down menu and ... Oh, miracle! I'm saved! )) Next, I opened the developer panel, went to the Source tab, and there, on the left side of the window, I found my favorite file, double-clicked it, selected everything and copied ... Wow! Although not the latest version (a few days ago), but what a blessing to have it and not start from scratch! Thanks to all!

If you had at least fragments similar to css in the recovered files...
None of these files will be able to be pulled out.
IMHO.

In fact, this is no longer CSS ...
Piriform Recava did not return the old file.
Try R Studio

If you opened this file in a browser, then it is in its cache. Without touching the browser, without closing it, climb into the cache and look there.
