Is it possible to boot Live Linux Runtu from internal HDD via Grub4Dos?

I assume that the initrd of "live" distributions are designed to boot from separate devices and everything is loaded from a flash drive, but the image unpacked into a folder (ntfs, fat32) does not want to mount the root fs.

@rPman

the linux kernel has support for reading fat and ntfs, I even heard, for a long time, the truth, about the successful launch from an ntfs disk, with a lot of problems, but it worked,
but in fact, normally and without dancing with a tambourine, the root file system should be native to linux (and more precisely, the grub modules and the linux kernel), for this they create a /boot partition formatted simply in ext4 or btrfs or xfs in general without unusual things, the vmlinuz kernel and mini Linux with modules - initramfs are added there, this image already knows any perversions (it is collected automatically when installing support for a particular feature by a package manager) from lvm and encryption to cascading bcache with network drives or a block device based on gpu ram (and there are such modules)
describe what and how you did, what you expected, what you got, with errors here maybe then we can help
