Is it possible to bind multiple certificates to the same site in IIS?

There is IIS, one site is launched on it. Up to 10 different second-level domains link to the site. There are 10 certificates for each domain. When linking one certificate to a website for a specific domain, other domains are also tied to this certificate and there seems to be no option for each of the 10 sites to have its own certificate.
Is there a solution?

The simplest is to open each site on a separate port-IP bundle
Or for each the same IP, but different ports, or one port and different IPs (or a combination)

Make 10 sites, in the bindings, specify your own domain for each and that's it.
