Is it possible to become a relay on the Tor network if I'm behind a NAT?

I can't open the port in any way. No way. Can I support the onion net without this?

No, without special street magic to get out of NAT. That is, you can try forwarding the connection to an already open port on a dedicated server and from there... True, why do this if there is a dedicated server =) As well as why maintain an onion network at all? No, it's certainly all good and cool, but believe me - it's better that on the contrary it is not particularly supported.
