Is it possible to become a junior android developer remotely with no experience?

I live in a provincial town, there is no opportunity, and no desire to leave. I work as a programmer 1C. I'm very interested in Android development. Is it possible to get a response from the employer on projects, as they say, "for oneself" and get a job as a junior remotely? Or no commercial experience at all?
