Is it possible to batch save from DOCX to PDF with one button formatting preserved?

Hello.
Task:
1) A set of DOCX files, up to 20 pieces. Everyone knows their names and locations in advance.
2) You need to save them in exactly the same set of PDF files. Target location - on the same disk, known in advance.
3) Formatting must be preserved, incl. hyperlinks.
4) The whole process should be launched by one action (for example, launching a bat file).
There's also an XLSX file in there, but it's not that important - if it also survives, that would be a nice bonus.
The question so far is simply whether it is possible to do this and if so, approximately how long it will take (I need this for home use, but I think to apply for freelance implementation, but I need to know how much to declare). If there are ready-made solutions - cool. I have basic programming skills, but not in this area.
