Is it possible to ban an app in google play/apple store because of a piece of text inside?
There is an application for traveling, there are many countries and cities inside, respectively, each has its own attractions and each has its own description. Some of the sights have their own unique description, while others don't have one at all.
The question is, if for the empty part we take descriptions from Internet articles, i.e. the texts will NOT be original, how likely is it to be banned in google play / apple stor? I know that bots check slogans, company names, products, songs, etc. But what about such a text?
Or maybe someone knows forums where you can read comments from people about this

There is such a possibility. If someone complains about their copyright infringement, then even more so ... It is better to implement content uploading than offline storage, so at least you can quickly change the content without rebuilding and republishing the application.
