We develop an application for use only by company employees.

Is it possible to publish an application in the Apple Store so that only employees of the organization can download it, and that it cannot be found and installed through search or in any other way?

You need the Apple developer enterprise program - it allows you to publish applications for internal use.
Another alternative is to publish in testflight and issue invites to employees. It will be cheaper and easier.
