Is it possible to bake a scene in UNITY with code? I want to make an advanced map creation system in my game and so that players can bake the scene, if possible, how?

Well, you don’t normally put the scene in resources.
But you can always use not unit scenes as a store of information about the map, but your own format - and then turn back what you want.
