Is it possible to backup data to a disk with a hypervisor?

Hello! Actually the question is:
There are 2 servers, hyper-v hypervisor is installed on them. It is installed on a 500GB HDD. The second server is the same.
Hyper-V takes up very little space, and in general it would be possible to put it on a USB flash drive (hyper-v).
What is the essence:
It is necessary to backup the file storage up to 200GB, and the AD state of the system. Perhaps in the future a SQL 40GB deployed database.
Is it possible, in order not to make a separate file server and not to block backups there, to dump backups on those disks where hypervisors work? And then, in order not to store the backup in one place, synchronize Bittorrentsync to an external HDD?
I would like to do this to save space and the server role.
Is this correct and should this approach be used?
PS. When I tried to fumble a folder on a hyper-v server, I swore at the ban.
UPD: Can you recommend something better?

No impossible. The hypervisor doesn't provide any file services, so you won't be able to access the drive.
Put the hypervisor on a small disk, preferably an SSD, although not required.
Store virtual machine files on storage.
Keep backups and other cold data on the NAS.
