Is it possible to autostart in Openbox so that programs are loaded on different desktops?

Programs to work in one, and all sorts of others on the other. There is a possibility? And if it is not in Openbox, so can you tell me the DE in which it is.

It is possible to configure Openbox itself for this purpose. To do this, open ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml and scroll to the very bottom. The parameters of the application tag are described below - you can specify a specific application, an entire "family" or God knows what else, so that when you start Openbox configures it in a certain way - turn on / off the frame, place it on a specific desktop or all at once ...
The problem will arise if you need run this application not always in the same way (on the same desktop) - then it seems to me only an enchanting crutch with loading OB with one rc.xml, launching programs in autostart and replacing rc.xml with a regular self-written script that starts last in autostart , followed by an OB refresh. But it's creepy, I hope you don't need it.
Z.Y. I have Arch+Openbox

in most window managers, this task is solved using the wmctrl package. I used in Gnome.
