Is it possible to automatically create and "distribute" mail to users on my domain?

There was a rather interesting (at least for me) idea for my forum - to make sure that when registering users automatically receive e-mail on the domain of my forum (such as [email protected]) with the correct mx (and related) settings and the ability to full use through the mobile mail application. But this is all wildly difficult for me and, it seems, I have never seen anything like this before. Is this even possible?

Do you want to make your mail.ru with blackjack and girls? It is certainly possible, but why? Spammed immediately...
