Is it possible to assign a static IP to a computer in the grid?

There is a grid in the office, for several buildings. Connected to an ISP that has a static real IP service. Is it possible to somehow assign specific IP addresses purchased from this provider to specific computers on this network?

It is possible (if the router is not completely stupid), but it is not necessary.
It would be wiser to set up port forwarding for specific computers for specific services, leaving these computers with IP addresses from the local area.

What for? What would be available from the outside on these ip some services - NAT to help you. Because neither the router model, nor the network diagram, then there will be no specific indication of what to do.

Yes, depending on the border router. Indeed, it is done by means of NAT, you can simply throw them into the DMZ, depending on the task. It would be better if you describe the problem in more detail.

You can assign several IPs to a network card, the specific implementation depends on the operating system.

What for?
Well, yes, you can.
If you have a device in the simple switch mode at the input, then you simply assign addresses on the end computers.
If you have a device in router mode at the input, then forwarding in the router.
