Is it possible to assemble a powerful computer in a micro-ATX case?

for example Zalman ZM-T3
It's clear that some GTX 780 from GigaByte will most likely not be put there.
There are also restrictions on the number and size of fans, a processor heatsink ... yes, restrictions in all dimensions.
I want to shove an FX-8350 and a cooler for it into such a case, as well as an ASUS GTX 660 .
Wouldn't it look like a small oven?
Upd: about the GTX 780, the assumption disappears, everything climbs.

@lAtrey

Will such a CPU fan fit into a micro ATX? According to my previous assembly experience, "vertical" coolers are not suitable for such cases.
If you are not going to overclock, there should be no problems with overheating, but it is better to tighten the wiring inside the case with clamps so that it takes up less space and does not interfere with air exchange.
Well, yes, collecting micro atx in some cases is still a torment.
