Is it possible to add your channel with IPTV connected?

Hello.
I have a local operator IPTV connection and a ZTE ZXV10B700 IP Set-Top BOX issued by the operator. I want to make it so that when switching to a certain channel, instead of a stream coming from the operator, I was given a stream that creates a computer on my network. It seems to be technically possible, but more information would not hurt me. does anyone have any information that will help me?

First, you need to find out the address of the multicast group in which this channel is broadcast. I think a sniffer can be traced without problems.
Then you need to set up broadcasting your stream to your network in the same multicast group. It is only necessary to make sure that the original stream does not go to the prefix. Otherwise, you will have porridge on the screen.
Also, you may have a fail, because self-respecting set-top boxes allow streams only from certain source IPs. This is also worth considering.
Well, also, there is a non-zero probability that there may also be some kind of encryption on the set-top box.

Theoretically, it is enough to know the address of the channel, instead of which you will have a stream from the computer, set up a rule on the router's firewall that will not let this stream from the provider's network (this is assuming that the provider's link goes through the router) and then start broadcasting from your network.

In general, how does the channel change? If I understand correctly, the address is the same there, and the switching occurs by moving from one group of subscribers to another, or did I misunderstand? In general, where can one read about it normally?
