Is it possible to add --enable-ssl switch to squid3 installed?

The gateway is already running on Debian 7.2 with squid 3.1.20. A transparent proxy is configured. Https bypasses squid.
I want to pass https through a proxy without compiling squid from source, if possible.
Or build a deb package with the necessary keys.
