Is it possible to add a custom contact form to the Shopify CMS to send an HTML email?

I have an online store on CMS Shopify. I want to implement in it the ability to send goods in an HTML email to my friend / girlfriend / relative.
I learned that you can create your own form using the source code from the "contact.form.liquid" file. The functionality of the CMS is not very open. I think that now my form needs to be tied under the "Order" from the "Notification" section. Having previously created it.
Am I on the right track? Has anyone worked with creating a custom submission form on Shopify? Is it possible to implement this?
