Is it possible to accept PayPal in the Russian Federation through Avangate from foreign legal entities?

Looking for an intermediary to accept PayPal from foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation, I came across avangate.com
Has anyone worked with them? What is the best way to withdraw payments from them in the Russian Federation? As I understand it, because is it a foreign company, is it necessary to draw up a foreign economic activity contract and open a current account in dollars?
