There was a need to accept payments in the application, seeing a commission of 30%, this idea became extremely unprofitable. Can I accept payments informally, other than through Google Play Services?

Can. I have such an application. With moderation everything is fine. True, I don’t know how such applications are moderated now. I started mine a year ago. Only I had to do everything from scratch myself (checking the subscription, accepting payments).
