Is it possible RTL and LTR at the same time in the same form?
Given, the form on the site is rtl, the feedback form, respectively, is also rtl (fields in the form text-align: right). There is a friend who claims that the generally accepted practice in this form is to make the fields for mail and phone ltr, and also text-align: left, that is, part of the rtl fields and part ltr. The question is if this is the case, and is this a common practice, and if so, can someone give examples of sites where this is implemented?

RTL is when people read from right to left.
The form is essentially a paragraph where labels, fields and buttons must be consistent. If you have an RTL site, then the whole form should be RTL, because where is the point of suddenly changing the reading order?
