Is it possible in my case to open the port?

The provider indicated ip type 10.2.**.* in the connection details, when checking through 2ip it shows ip type 185.42.***.**. Technical support says that I have a static ip address, but I can't open ports. How to open a port in my case?

A static IP address can be grayed out, i.e. you will always have 192.168.xx
Although the address is static, but not public (white).
Check this issue with support.

10.2* is a gray address. But do not be upset, often the provider does not have the opportunity to stretch L2 to the end user's equipment and then the provider uses symmetric NAT, in order to check symmetric NAT, you need to open any port on your equipment and ask to knock on it from the world (for example, ask a friend to go to it ). If this is not a symmetrical NAT, then he will contact the provider to change the IP to white, or ask him to forward the port on his equipment to your IP, then forward the port on his router himself.
