Is it possible in Linux to make a disk available to programs under wine as an iso image?
Is it possible to make programs run under wine able to work with a disk (in this case, a CD) as with an iso image. If you stupidly make a link to the disk, then it becomes visible as a file, but the program cannot work with it - it says the file does not exist. Is it possible to fix this!

those. the reverse task to loopback :)
can simply link or bind the device file / dev / dvd to a dirk, rename it to dvd.iso and give it to Vine.
there is no block device file type in Windows, so it is quite possible to be presented as a regular file.
but you have to check.
