Is it possible in Brackets to move live prewiev and change color of comments?

Hello, in general, in the name and essence of the questions, I will write here in more detail:
1. Is it possible to move Live prewiev to the side, since it is standardly displayed below the code and it is not very convenient to use it because of this, but I like the tool. screenshot
2. I also liked the standard dark theme, but I would like to change the color of the comments, how can I do this?
