Hello, please tell me, is it possible in BP when generating a task to indicate the director / performer using the document field? I create a field in the transaction with a drop-down list where employees are indicated in the format "Ivan Ivanov [11];" and I choose {=Document:UF_CRM_1594297107_PRINTABLE} when creating a deal, but the director is not set for the task as a result and the task is not generated.

Not really. Only an employee can be responsible for a task, in order to specify an employee, the variable must be of the appropriate type or be converted into it.
1) Change the list field by adding the values
​​Ie . instead of

Need to do
