How to integrate a third-party messenger into Bitrix 24 Open Lines?

How can new communication channels be added to Open Lines? I looked at the imopenlines and imconnector module and did not really understand anything. Tell me where to look or where to read

1) We come up with a unique slug for the connector
2) Using the example of imconnector.baseconnector, we develop our own connector component
3) In \Bitrix\ImConnector\CustomConnectors, look at the events for calls to the custom connector and what exactly they should return
There is not much documentation on this happiness (yet, but it is not known will it), so picking :(
