Is it possible in 3proxy to redirect all http requests to https requests for proxy?

For example, http:/instagram.com does not open on ipv6, but https:/instagram.com does.
Is it possible to make http requests be treated as https requests when proxified?

You can do this by changing the response to denying access via HTTP to a redirect through the strings plugin, but it will be crooked and you will have to manually maintain the list of sites that need a redirect to https. It's better to use the HTTPS Everywhere plugin for browsers. It automatically opens the HTTPS version for all sites that have it, and HTTP for the rest.
