These are separate applications, they are completely abstract and do not know about the existence of each other. This m and the meaning.
The list that you gave is an advanced template, there is a basic template, so 1 application, but yii does not limit you. You can make your own template.
Therefore, all the extensions that you write must be connected in the config of a particular app and work regardless of the presence of other apps.
