Is it possible for "Grid" to fix the top row and left column?

Good afternoon.
I am developing a program for Android. And everything seemed to be going well, but having reached a certain stage, I fell into a stupor.
Is it possible for Grid'a to fix the top row and left column or add them so that the result is the following:

1. When scrolling horizontally, what is in red scrolls.
2. When vertical - what is in black.
This is my first Android development experience, so please don't kick too hard and explain as simply as possible.

PS: I suddenly realized that I apparently need nothing more than a DataGrid.
