A foreign citizen lives in another country and wants to get a job in a Russian IT company and work remotely from the territory of his country of residence.

There are no restrictions, but there are restrictions.
Is it possible?

- possibly.
How is it regulated?

- the relationship between the employee and the employer is regulated by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory documents.
And what needs to be done for this?

- find a company that wants to associate itself with you as part of an employment relationship.
In practice, it is more realistic to find a job not within the framework of labor relations, but within the framework of civil law (contracts, services, etc.). All relationships are based on the cost of taxes and liability. And according to this, not every merchant will want to sign an employment contract because of the responsibility within the framework of labor obligations and the tax burden. In addition, there are other stones related to international law, tracking financial flows, etc.

Most likely possible, but very difficult, because you need to be a really unique shot for the office to agree to fool around like this. I think it will be unrealistic to conclude an employment contract, the only option is a GPC agreement for the provision of services, for example.
But I say again - this should be a really unique shot, because there are too many subtleties to take into account, it's easier to either find another one or transport it to yourself.

It is possible, but he cannot be imprisoned in the RFP as an ordinary citizen of the Russian Federation. It will be just work under the contract, as in a row
