Good afternoon. I am a citizen of Ukraine and I want to work through paypal with a client. But due to restrictions in my country, this is not possible. I had an idea and wanted to know if anyone else had this experience.
I am planning to travel to Russia to open a ruble account in a local bank for a non-resident. Then register a paypal account for the country of Russia and provide a foreign visa. passport for verification.
To remove the limits, a non-resident also needs to prove the place of residence. But I don't have a home. If, for example, I pay a utility bill through Sebrbank online, a hostel or an apartment rented for a week. Will this receipt pass verification?
