You need to make this block:

I make a block using SVG.
There was a problem - how to make the figures below fit entirely, without cropping at the end?
Dimensions are not known in advance. I don't want to use JS.
Now I'm making a pattern with a semicircle, I fill it with a rectangle. Maybe some other way is needed?
To complicate matters, the entire shape will be used as the clip-path
