Is it normal to see broadcasts from someone else's VLAN?

Hello.
A bridge is configured on MikroTik, two equivalent bondings are added to it (both LACP, but one works so far, because MSTP has not been configured yet). All routable VLANs that come from switches to these bondings are thrown onto the same bridge, VLAN Filtering is configured on the bridge with prescribed tagged ports: the bridge itself and both bondings. However, on the end hosts through Wireshark, I see broadcast and multicast traffic from neighboring VLANs. Perhaps I'm already tired and I just need to get some sleep, but is it normal to catch tagged packets from other VLANs on hosts, or have I configured something wrong? Perhaps this is facilitated by the inclusion of promiscuous mode on the network?
Thank you.

No, it has nothing to do with Mikrotik. The question is exclusively the health of the end port of the switch.
