Where can there be a time discrepancy in the rsyslog logs from the router?

Mikrotik router sends pppoe session data to ubuntu server with rsyslog.
Files are beaten by date on the same day, the dates of the files are correct, the time when it is created and when the recording to the file ends is correct. That is, the file is created in the first minutes of the day (00:02) and the recording ends at the end of the day (23:59).
But the data in the file has an offset of 14 hours
. That is, if the file was written at 00:00 on January 2, then the first data will be from about 10:00 on January 1.
At first I thought that somewhere is the wrong time or time zone. But the time on the server and Mikrotik is correct up to a minute and the correct time zone is gmt + 1 - CET
In Mikrotik, it is possible to see in the interface what data it sends to the rsyslog server, the time is correct there, and in the rsyslog logs the offset is -14 hours.
