Is it normal practice to create a file that, for example, creates all the tables in the database, fills them with the necessary content, collects all the settings together? Just a separate file like startProject.js and just after uploading it to the prod, we launch it first and that's it

Tables are not created by a node.
This data is saved in sql files and is already stored.
