Is it normal for the last full charge of the laptop battery to be greater than its rated capacity?

Testing with powercfg /energy . As far as I know , the last full charge should be less than or equal to the calculated battery capacity, and should decrease over time, but I have something the other way around. The last full charge in the last month has increased from 85763 to 86065, given that the calculated capacity has remained as it was 84240.

Batteries die over time. This is expressed in the structural changes of the caton/anode, the drop in the resistance of the electrolyte and, accordingly, in the decrease in the battery capacity. A drop in resistance, for example, leads to an increase in the self-discharge current.
Accordingly, the energy required to fully charge the battery also increases, because it self-discharges when it is charged. A completely dead battery can forever show the status of "charging" and not rise above 3%.
Unsolicited advice for the future: stop monitoring all sorts of nonsense. Battery life is ~3 years. Then just change the timer. You will just worry less these three years for things that you are not able to influence.
