Is it normal for the DB to not change on Heroku?

I wrote my first Flask site with a SQLite3 database, which I uploaded to Heroku for testing purposes, and found that the functionality of adding any data to the database (implemented on the site itself) does not work (everything worked on the local server), tell me if this is normal? The database is not big, and was abandoned on Heroku along with the rest of the project.

It's abnormal that you don't read at least the main page with the selected tag
