Is it necessary to add the line "Your budget" to the order form?

Good afternoon. Once I saw on one project that provides services for the design and creation of websites in the form, an additional line - "Budget", where there were variations in the budget, apparently, which the client may have.
This idea seemed interesting to me, because earlier, the pricing policy ends with the phrase "cost from ..". Do you use such a system, or do you agree on the final price just before starting work? Do clients often bid after the cost of the work has been approved?

If this is a typical project, then yes , you can specify the final cost, but the data should be clearly spelled out there

It's better than writing "from". But for such a button, cool works in the portfolio are needed, the customer must be sure with whom he is dealing and, most importantly, trust you.
