Is it legal to use goTenna Mesh devices in Russia?

I know that a similar question has already been asked here - but firstly, a couple of years have passed since then and the regulations could change, and secondly, there is a difference in technical characteristics between goTenna and goTenna Mesh. The question is about goTenna Mesh.

Judging by the characteristics , its power does not exceed 1W, and at the same time it uses frequencies of 902-928 MHz or 869.425 - 869.625 MHz (here it is also not very clear, based on from which the frequencies used by the device change) . I'm not a radio amateur, so by itself this doesn't tell me much.

I went through many different documents and online resources, but did not find a clear answer for myself - so I decided to ask here. What problems can arise when purchasing such a device? Is registration required, and if so, with whom and how? What are the barriers to use? Thank you.
