Is it legal to refuse employment?

Hello.
How can you get a job without higher education? The situation is such that after school, I almost immediately got a job in a private office as a technician, my duties included setting up all computers, laying a local network and maintaining it, setting up and maintaining Windows Server (AD). But the office closed, the owner sold everything and left. Realizing all the sadness of what was happening, I walked around the local MUPs in search of work and was faced with the fact that they require higher education, although this was to be expected.
But I hardly believe that it is the tower that would be needed to set up the network and serve 8 computers.
Actually the question is, do you really need a tower for such work? Or is it just ignorance of the laws on the part of the authorities of these same MUPs?
The plans, of course, still do and get higher. But first, I would like to get a job.

Look for a job not in municipal unitary enterprises (I’m generally surprised that young IT people manage to go there, there’s nothing to do there, from the word at all
) all vacancies had a requirement for a tower.

In your case, the education is for the recruiter, not the employer.
1. Beat on the fact that you have work experience.
2. You can paint on your resume that you have a tower. And at the interview (not with a recruiter, but with a PM), say that you cheated a little, but lean that you already have work experience.
PS Is there really no more IT work where you live, so that they do not require a tower? Are there internet providers?

Higher education is not only, as it were, an indicator of knowledge in a certain area,
but it is also education, a broad outlook, adequate speech,
the presence of a developed intellect in student years,
responsibility for one's actions and competent speech.
No wonder the first two years are general education subjects.
In your case, as mentioned above, these are just government agencies that
have requirements for this staff unit

There is a requirement for the position in which the candidate will work.
This requirement can be standard due to the requirements of the law (doctors, pilots, officers, enikey worker in the state office) or developed by the employer himself (banal enikey worker).
These requirements are mandatory and the same for all candidates. Strengthening these requirements for some and / or weakening for others is discrimination.
Did someone offend or cheat you compared to other candidates? If not, then there are no questions.
