Is it impossible to find a java job without experience and education?
I studied Java for a little over six months.
It seems to me, not bad. I know java core very confidently. Spring and so on did not really understand how it works, but I can also use it for my own purposes.
But the problem is that 99% of the responses are simply ignored. Even for internships. I got to the interview 1 time on a test task. Other companies don't even give it. In the summary, I honestly wrote that I have no experience, but described the entire stack that I know, threw off a couple of my projects.
Of the options in theory, now there is only a try to get a job through courses from Epam.
Strong tilt from this, I thought that I would find something, because the truth has invested a lot of time and effort in self-study.
Now it’s true that there’s such a contest that it’s probably worth scoring without having a specialized education so as not to spoil your nerves?

If there is no experience, write a large pet project with microservices and CQRS (write down several databases, MongoDB + MySql). And send it to everyone, only in the spirit of "Look, what I wrote over there." Basically, nobody cares about education.
EPAM is a great topic, I’ll tell you right away that for an internship, everyone in Java doesn’t really care, the main thing is to connect 2 sentences in English with your voice. If everything is fine with English, then they will take it, if not, then no.
Now the truth is such a contestActually, it's not that big.
Knowledge of java is a small part of what you want to see in a programmer. This is both experience and knowledge of programming theory. Very few people need a clean code writer. In real projects, you often write a couple of lines a day.
Try to make a project, a web application, with a database. Set up an automatic project build. Put the code on github and link to it. Most often, resumes are kicked off by "secretaries" who do not understand programming. If it is written that there is no experience, but they need experience. That resume is immediately in the trash. So having a project for your soul would help. Plus, the project on github can be viewed and evaluated by a techie. Unless, of course, everything is so beautiful. Spring is practically a standard, you need to know it anyway.
It is possible, although difficult.

99% of resumes are not viewed - but how many were sent?
Unfortunately, now the situation with personnel departments is such that it is good for some vacancies if at least one out of a hundred resumes is answered. Many posted resumes for already closed vacancies, for their own person, there are enough such HRs that they place an ad and raise it in the search, but they don’t even look at the responses. Keep sending out...
If you have shown some projects, then you can no longer talk about a complete lack of experience. In the end, you can write in a couple of months of freelancing to get through to a technical interview ("Everyone lies on a resume (s)").
Good afternoon.
Spring and so on did not really understand how it works, but I can also use it for my own purposes.

I know java core very confidently. Spring and stuff didn't really understand how it worksdid you even read the job description? this is only a small part of what is needed
But the problem is that 99% of the responses are simply ignored.it's true. It's a shame, of course, but then after a year or two they themselves run and offer)
In the resume honestly wrote that there is no experience, well, in vain. The rest then say that they have it, and that's it, they are chosen in the end
described the whole stack that I knowand he is very weak. Learn more.
