Is it ethical to ask the employer if he refused my application for a job?

If so, how is it most ethical to ask -
"Why didn't you hire me, why don't I suit you for this vacancy?"
Thanks

"Good afternoon! I apologize for persistence, tell me, what exactly is missing in my experience for your vacancy?
I would like to understand in which direction to grow, because I want to meet the level described in your vacancy in the future"
blah blah blah
But they almost never answer.

they usually do not answer, well, or they will invent a reason, the percentage of those who directly point out errors is very small, especially since the real reasons may be generally unethical to voice

well, if you have a tongue or fingers to type, then ask
this is not a question of ethics at all, but a question of whether I should get my ass off the couch

Analyze the cause of the failure, not the effect.

The employer is required by law to state the reason for the refusal.

Ethical.
And, importantly, you need to do this calmly and correctly - so that you don’t get the impression that you are crazy and offended. There is absolutely no desire to say anything like that.
PYSY:
In fact, if there were at least 2 candidates - and both are suitable, then the reasons may be generally unimportant.
for example, you're a slob, you haven't brushed your teeth.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
