There were problems with education (no, not with academic performance), and I wondered if I even needed to finish it. I already have a certain number of necessary skills, the rest I can learn on my own or master at work (I'm a fast learner).
And how do you get your first job in IT? Wherever you look, everyone needs a long list of technology-skills, it’s unrealistic to know all this even with a diploma.

You need to clearly understand that the time of IT specialists without education is rapidly running out.
If 30 years ago, an IT specialist is someone who could break a screw into partitions, install DOS, or maybe even Windows, if 20 years ago an IT specialist could install the correct drivers and set up jumpers, if 10 years ago it was enough to know the basics of SQL + PHP, then now it's time for big data, agile, cloud services, and the legs of something like ssh / ssl stick out from everywhere. Complex mathematics is becoming more and more popular.
If you claim that you are a fast learner, who is stopping you from completing your studies as an external student? Pass your exams in two years - prove it to yourself.
Who prevents you from switching to part-time, and combining study and work, getting a full education and a crust at the end?
PS Getting a higher education THEN is much more difficult than it is now. You won't have the will or the time.

Nudak and teach yourself now while you graduate. Why should an employer teach you at their own expense at work, where you actually should already work?

У меня проблем не вызывает.
Первая работа у меня была в военном НИИ, куда я попал по знакомствы из хакерской тусовки, когда второй раз бросил Физтех.
Потом обычно работа сама меня находила (здесь играли большую роль закомства, профессиональные и по институту, где я проучился два раза по году), но даже когда самому приходилось искать, это занимало пару недель.
