Is it difficult to go to work abroad?

Hello. Not so long ago, I again got the idea to try to move to work in another country (not the CIS), but a lot of questions arose, and here I would like knowledgeable people to help me. Please tell me (those who have already moved / tried to move), how cool a developer do I have to be to be hired at least at the junior level in Unity / OpenGL / OpenGL ES? What do they look at first of all (knowledge of English at the upper intermediate/advanced level, a portfolio and a cool git repository, the presence of any scientific articles)?
PS: Well, in order to understand my level, I am an anonymous person who "just graduated from the university", with no experience and a cool portfolio behind me.

There are two options:
- you need to be well above the average offered in the target city/country.
- You need to ask for much less money than the average in the target city/country.
In fact - while you are anonymous - no one needs you. Earn reputation and experience.

You do not meet the formal visa requirements for work experience and MB for education.

Everything, of course, as written above.
But my classmate, while still studying at the institute, found a job in the Dominican Republic. Yes, the country is specific, but he gained experience and there were only expats in the company. Then he returned, received a diploma and immediately left for Germany.
So everything is possible. If the necessary skills have already been acquired at the institute, then why not? He didn’t have a portfolio as such, he had some experience in Java and that’s it. It was way back in 2000

Constantly look for vacancies in the foreign market, possibly internships for foreigners.
Ideally, of course, to be taller than Junior and to start taking less competitors in terms of salary. Then it will not be difficult to get an invitation to Europe. And if we talk about Poland, for example, or the Czech Republic, then there should be no problems at all, even with Junior.
