Is it difficult to find a job in St. Petersburg as a system administrator?

I work as a system administrator for 2 years in a small town. I am thinking of moving to St. Petersburg next year due to rather low salaries in my city. There is no profile education in IT, only a bachelor's degree in economics.
What do you think, is it difficult to find a job without a profile higher and what are the price tags for admins in St. Petersburg in the gradations of junior / middle / senior? Of the skills - experience with server Windows, Linux, ip telephony, cisco.
