Is it correct to place additional information between the title of the article (H1) and its content?

I display additional information next to the author, date, and so on. It seems to me, quite logically, this is a kind of service unit.

Why not? Additional information is often provided. For example, information about the author, date of publication, etc. It will not reflect negatively. The only thing is that it is better to transfer labels to the end of the article for the purpose of usability. So there will be more chances that someone will click on them. A person will not immediately go through them, without even reading the article. And he won't go back up to cross them.
