Is it better to render on the second disk or on the same one?

There are two disks: nvme m.2 and SSD Sata. The program is installed on nvme. During rendering, what is the best disk to specify for saving video: the first (nvme) or the second (sata)?

In the future, the project and video will be stored on the second disk.

@Ventus

On the one that does not have temporary project files (scratch disks). However, for amateur use it does not matter: anyway, do not overclock the encoder to such an extent that the speed of writing to the disk overtakes the speed of even a SATA SSD.

so do it twice and detect it)
most likely by iops it will be at least on the HDD, more percent - the memory of time will be devoured

Ideal layout:
Disk 1 - project and all sources
Disk 2 - cache
Disk 3 - export
In your case, I would place the project and sources on a SATA disk, cache and export on NVME.
