I know that it is not for games, but it happens that I launch Hearthstone (if you don’t know what it is, don’t google it, get stuck))
In general, when I launch this game and surf the Internet, it starts to make noise
This is bad / harmful ?

It's bad, of course, if it's a Macbook, as you say. Because it has no moving parts!

This is normal, Hearthstone loads the processor with a load on the integrated video, it heats up, and, logically, the coolers spin up to cool it down. This will be the case with almost any game on macbooks.
