Is it a good idea to make a spa site in vue for open cart?

I'm thinking of doing something as optimized and modern as possible on vue.js, but I don't know how well it will fit on the open cart with its Ajax.

I would like to know if it is convenient to use Ajax on opencart and how sensible it is to do it initially on vue, and then port it to opencart?

Perhaps I described the idea crookedly, but here is an approximate planned work algorithm:
1) I make the front on vue using webpack
2) I customize vue for Ajax opencart, perhaps in parallel with the first point
3) I build the front through webpack
4) I upload this miracle to opencart, adding necessary files for the topic to be read
5) testing the work

kill opencart. Well, if you're a maze, then you can do it. but it’s better to take some kind of a thread of a zendfremwork or another kind of laravel thread.
By the way, it's already included in Laravel View. maybe you can get some thread inetmagazin
