Is iMac27'' 2009 relevant for web development (backend) in 2019?
By the nature of my work, I use phpStorm, Vagrant, VirtualBox, all kinds of databases and large complex projects (YII2) every day.
Suggest to take iMac Late 2009 27'' processor 2.66GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 16GB 1333MHz DD3, Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB, HHD 1TB, SSD 256MB.
Those who know macovods - tell me if it's worth buying this device for my needs, will it work? I myself work on a machine on Linux, but I want something better.

There is one fat minus that I also encountered as the owner of an iMac in 2011, this is the lack of support for the new OC Moyawa (and subsequent ones) and, as a result, the lack of safari updates, and as a result, the lack of support: Accessibility Object Model, Cache API, Cross-Origin- Options HTTP Header, Modern Encrypted Media API, MDNS ICE candidates, ITP Debug Mode, CSS Spring Animation, SubresourceIntegrity. In the future, the incompatibility will increase. If that's ok for you, then ok.
